Breast Cancer Awareness Month is a reminder to make breast health part of the conversation.

Being aware of what’s normal for you and noticing any changes are important steps in looking after your breast health. If you have any concerns, speak with your healthcare professional.

At The X-Ray Group, we support women with breast imaging and procedures, delivered with care and compassion.

Protect what’s close to your heart, for those who are close to your heart.

Did you know cardiovascular disease is one of the leading causes of death worldwide?

Many heart conditions can develop without obvious symptoms, which is why understanding your risk factors and recognising potential warning signs is so important.

This World Heart Day, we're supporting the theme "Don't Miss a Beat" and encouraging Australians to make their heart health a priority.

If you're experiencing symptoms or have concerns about your heart health, don't wait to have the conversation. Talk to your GP about the next steps.

Have you noticed changes in your memory, or in someone you love?
This September, for Alzheimer’s Awareness Month, we’re shining a light on this year’s important message:"The Earlier You Know, The More You Can Do: A Dementia Diagnosis Matters."

When it comes to dementia, an early diagnosis can make a meaningful difference. It can help you access support sooner, plan for the future, and make informed decisions about your care.

Scans like MRI are important tools that help doctors investigate changes in the brain associated with Alzheimer's disease, providing valuable information to support diagnosis.

If you notice any changes, talk to your doctor about a referral to XRG, an early diagnosis can make all the difference.

Today is R U OK? Day and we're reminded of the importance of checking in with the people around us. A simple conversation can help someone feel supported, heard and less alone.

This year's message, "Ask R U OK? Any Day", encourages us to make meaningful connections part of everyday life, not just one day a year. Taking the time to ask, listen and follow up can make a real difference.

If someone comes to mind, reach out today. Your support could mean more than you know.

It's been one year since Australia introduced the National Lung Cancer Screening Program, helping eligible Australians access free lung cancer screening with a low-dose CT chest scan.

Since then, our Victorian network has performed more than 6,800 low-dose CT chest scans, helping improve access to early detection across communities throughout Victoria.

Lung cancer often has no symptoms in its early stages, which is why screening can play such an important role for eligible Australians.

As we mark this milestone, we're proud to be a part of a program that is helping more people access life-saving screening close to home.

Dental Health Week is a great reminder that good oral health is about more than just your teeth. It plays an important role in your overall health and wellbeing.

Regular dental check-ups can help detect issues early and support long-term oral health. When a more detailed view is needed, an Orthopantomogram (OPG) dental X-ray provides a comprehensive image of the teeth, jaws and surrounding structures to assist with assessment and treatment planning.

This Dental Health Week, take a moment to prioritise your oral health and encourage your loved ones to do the same. 🦷
