Her previous work has included five years in aged care, and a year in paediatric support work. Through this work, Maddi has developed a passion for supporting individuals to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

“I was attracted to working at ConneXtions because of my long-standing passion for helping others and because I feel my values align closely with those of the organisation,” she said.

“In my new role, I am most excited to expand my skill set, meet the participants and families I will be working with, and build meaningful relationships while supporting people to achieve positive outcomes.”

Please join us in welcoming Maddi to the team!👏
