A beautiful afternoon of slowing down, resetting and reconnecting. 💙
Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Nervous System & Stress Release Session at One Body Pilates, Brighton-Le-Sands.
The session was created to give people space to step away from the pressure of everyday life, calm the nervous system, release built-up stress and reconnect with a greater sense of balance and wellbeing.
It was wonderful to share this experience together, and we’re looking forward to creating more wellness sessions on a variety of topics in the coming months.
