Balance is something worth training at every age. 🩵

Our P4 Seniors Balance class combines functional movement with fun challenges that work both the body and the brain, helping to improve balance, coordination, confidence, memory and focus.

As we age, maintaining balance and strength can play an important role in reducing the risk of falls, staying independent and feeling more confident in everyday movement.

And the best part? There are plenty of laughs along the way! 😄
