The focus of every session is always on your exploration and learning. Sessions are co-created, working with your intentions and my skills, ideas and support. There are many ways a session can unfold: with a focus on curiosity, exploratio

n and pleasure, guided by your body. There are Ethical Standards for Certified Sexological Bodyworkers, which I work to, and here are some key points:
• touch is part of the work I can offer, based on your intentions and areas of learning
• where there is touch, it is always for client, from the practitioner to the client
• the bodyworker always remains clothed in sessions
• sessions are always collaborative and co-designed, grounded in consent; your pace, your choice. I make sure to keep all communications private and confidential, and I do not disclose who I see. It is your information to share with others (or not). As a Certified practitioner, I have professional supervision, to ensure I have appropriate debriefing and support, and ongoing learning and development. My approach to Sexological Bodywork follows and expands pleasure: to love your body well.

Q***r Inbody is me (Stella) and Tia (Tia Cloher) and we are offering another Wheel for Q***rs in Naarm 28-30 Aug. I just love this work, it continues to move me and shape me (thanks ).

Noticing where I can expand, tend to my limits, trust and express my desires. And how that then seeps into my ways of being and relating: in my close relationships, communities, and in facing the f**kery of facism. Coming together with qu**rs, slowing down, for a precious pocket of time.
Seemingly simple practices but deeply generative and surprising.

Over 2 and a bit days Tia and I guide you through some solo and interactive practices, with a focus on embodied learning, with a little theory, and room for discussion and reflection. The green whistle (Penthrox) is now available for IUD procedures at every Women's Sexual and Reproductive Health Hub in Victoria. All 20 of them... Hallelujah.

It's the same fast-acting, short-term pain relief often used in emergency settings. You hold it. You stay in control. The days of "just take a Paracetamol beforehand" are behind us and we're not looking back.

Hub appointments are free, and yes, that includes regional Victoria. More than 11,000 Victorian women and girls used the hubs last year, and anyone walking through those doors for an IUD insertion or removal now has access to free, effective pain relief.
