This year, we are shining a light on Men's Mental Health, because the current statistics are too large to ignore.

1 in 8 men will experience depression. 1 in 5 will experience anxiety. Most won't say a word about it.

So proud of this progress 👏

Coming back from injury isn’t easy - it takes patience, consistency, and trust in the process. From early rehab exercises through to building strength again, Lachlan has put in the work every step of the way 💪

To now see him regain his mobility and transition back into strength-based training is a huge achievement 🙌

We couldn’t be happier with how far he’s come and are excited to keep building from here 🔥
