☕️ My Morning Routine?
Coffee (cold).
Phone (already ringing).
Emails (234 unread).
Staff sick? Need to find a replacement.
Participant questions? Jump on the phone.
Roster changes? Again? Of course.
And yes—still in my pajamas 😅
📋 What We Actually Do All Day:
• Schedule shifts
• Handle invoices
• Chase payments
• Talk to families
• Solve unexpected emergencies
• Keep up with NDIS changes
• Write policies
• Train staff
• Plan programs
• Support our amazing participants
All while trying to remember if we ate lunch. (Answer: probably not.)
🧠 The Mental Load is Real!
We don’t just “run a business” – we support real people with real needs. Every decision we make impacts someone’s life, and we care deeply about getting it right. 💙
💡 Do I Get Holidays?
Let’s just say… if I’m at the beach, my phone and laptop are sunbaking with me.
Running a business doesn’t clock off, even if I try to 😅
