Acne Awareness Month - Part 3

Clinical presentation included pustular, inflamed acne.

A personalised treatment plan was developed from both a medical and dermal perspective, including adjunctive LED light therapy.

Dermalux LED (blue light 415nm) is used as an adjunctive treatment to target Cutibacterium acnes, the bacteria associated with acne, and to help reduce inflammation and redness.

LED therapy is a supportive modality used alongside other acne treatments to assist in improving skin clarity and overall skin condition.
