The Saturday Club are having a Nerf challenge and pizza lunch on Saturday 12 September 2026. Book your place now!

Interchange Illawarra’s Saturday Club is a program for 12 to 17 year olds featuring activities that run on a Saturday. It gives young people an opportunity to make some new friends and do some really fun stuff in a supported environment. We are super flexible and you can simply book in for the activities that you are interested in.

🎳 Congratulations to our 2026 Bowling Champions! 🎳

Following 9 weeks of fun and friendly competition at Shellharbour Bowl, we recently celebrated our tournament winners with a presentation by our CEO, Jake.

Join us for a FREE Sibs family barbeque and picnic on Sunday 20 September, 11am at Integral Energy Park, 88 Darkes Road, Stream Hill.

Sibs is an Interchange Illawarra support initiative for children aged 8-12 years who have a sibling with a disability. Please note that the person with a disability does not need to be an Interchange Illawarra participant. We welcome all families!

This is a FREE event. Enjoy a delicious sausage sizzle lunch, snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. Please RSVP to [email protected] by 10 September 2026. Please include number of adults and children attending and any dietary requirements.

Please note: This is not a supported event and a parent or carer will need to attend.

There’s some awesome activities on offer including a whale watching cruise, card making, salt painting with Jodie from Eclectic Bower, visiting Bundeena on the ferry, pamper day, visiting Tulip Time in Bowral, laser tag, a craft workshop at Bunnings Warehouse, aqua golf, NRL x Abilities Unleashed, the DanceAbility disco, Smash Factor indoor golf, glow bowls, the cooking program and much more!
