Meet Wellington Apiary, a Tasmanian honey producer founded in 2009 by Antonia and Robin O’Brien in a garden in the heart of Hobart.

What started with a few backyard hives has grown to hives across Tasmania with one simple philosophy, let the honey reflect the incredible flora of Tasmania.

Wellington Apiary honey is never heated during extraction or bottling. Instead, it is cold extracted and coarsely filtered, helping retain the natural pollen, aromas and flavours of the honey. And you can taste it.

This is pure raw Tasmanian honey, full of the character of the landscape it comes from.

La Dame is a beautiful semi-matured goat’s milk cheese with plenty of character.

When young, La Dame has a rustic, flaky and open texture with a delicately ye**ty rind.

As it matures, it softens beautifully, both in flavour and texture, revealing a deeper savoury, nutty richness beneath its earthy aroma.

Think flaky, soft, savoury & nutty.

It’s a seriously lovely addition to a cheese board or super cheeky shaved over crisp gnocchi or roasted pumpkin.

We're over the moon to welcome four (that's right 4) of Karlie Donaldson's enchanting Cockatoo Feathers into the shop.

Karlie Donaldson is an Australian visual artist from Yuin Country, Mystery Bay on the NSW South Coast.

Her work celebrates the wonder of native wildlife through beautifully sculpted, hand-painted pieces that blur the line between art and nature.

These life size Cockatoo Feathers are available in both male and female forms, with each one individually sculpted and painted by hand. A truly unique Father's Day gift for the dad who appreciates Australian birds, nature, and exceptional craftsmanship.
