About Bianca
Bianca Sheedy is a qualified Naturopath (BHSc) and Reiki Practitioner, with a special interest in plant based nutrition, women’s health, fertility/pregnancy, hormonal imbalances, anxiety, insomnia and gut health.

Bianca has an evidence based approach to practice, using the latest research and a range of advanced diagnostic tests to help guide her treatment protocols. Bianca incorp

orates the traditional foundations of Naturopathy and will often utilise energetic medicine such as flower essences as well as mindfulness techniques to create unique, personalised treatment plans.

Drawing from traditional Naturopathic concepts, Bianca strives to investigate, identify and correct the cause of illness, rather than finding a temporary solution to symptoms. She believes that changing health at its foundation provides the best opportunity for long term vitality.

Bianca has a caring, empathetic and detailed approach to her clinical practice. Her mission is to empower women to reclaim their health! Bianca is also a trained Reiki therapist that uses gentle touch to activate the body’s own natural healing processes to restore physical and emotional wellbeing. Reiki is an ancient form of hands on healing which originated in Japan. Reiki therapy is ideal for people wanting to relax and rebalance. It is deeply restorative therapy which helps people to feel peaceful, grounded and revitalised! Bianca during her Reiki consultations, creates a space for her clients to embody deep relaxation in order to rebuild a mindful connection back to their mind, body and soul.

Bianca is a graduate of Endeavour College of Natural Health, and holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy as well as qualifications in Reiki levels 1 and 2. Bianca is a proud member of the Naturopaths & Herbalists Association Of Australia (NHAA) and Reiki Australia.

Apart from being a devoted Naturopath, Bianca is also a leading yoga, meditation and mindfulness instructor in the corporate world and delivers educational health talks nationally to workplaces in Australia. Bianca has worked with clients such as Facebook, Nine, Canon, Atlassian, Abbvie, CBRE, Biogen, Swiss Re and Indeed to share her health knowledge within workplace settings.

Outside of clinical practice Bianca loves to cook up a storm in the kitchen with her partner in crime, reading books, practicing meditation and yoga, spending time in nature discovering new secluded beaches along the NSW coast and enjoys quality time with her family, friends and fur pals!

Our beautiful son, Sol Micah Sheedy, arrived on 30th July via the sunroof exit, born under the gentle glow of the full Buck Moon.

Getting to know my son over this past week has been one of the most healing experiences of my life.

He has shown me just how much I’ve grown as a mum over the past couple of years, giving me a deeper sense of trust and patience as we navigate breastfeeding, sleepy days, and finding our own rhythm together.

One of the greatest gifts has been watching Tallulah become a big sister. She happily curls up beside me under my wing while we admire all of her little brother’s unique features. In those moments, time seems to stand still, and I find myself soaking in the beautiful love and bond they already share.

With Sol’s arrival, my IVF and pregnancy journey has officially come to an end. I’m excited to reconnect with this new version of myself, embracing my postpartum body and my new scar, which will forever remind me of the incredible journey of growing, birthing, and welcoming my son into the world.

Sol and Tallulah, you are my whole world. I will always do everything I can to protect your peace, nurture your hearts, and remind you every single day how deeply you are loved.

Thank you Jordan for capturing these precious moments that our family will treasure forever. Thank you too for making Tully feel so loved and special as she met her baby brother. You have such a beautiful way with little ones and you’re truly a little human whisperer.

Lately I’ve been leaning on my freezer more than ever.
With a toddler, a busy wife and another little one arriving soon, I know we’ll be heading into another season where simple is best. I also remember postpartum all too well... the last thing I want is good food sitting in the fridge until it ends up in the Fogo bin.

So these are a few things I always keep stocked:

Organic frozen spinach- easy to throw into smoothies, pasta sauces, curries or soups. Spinach is on the Dirty Dozen list, so it’s one of the foods I prefer to buy organic when I can.

Organic frozen berries- another Dirty Dozen that you want to buy organic. Perfect for smoothies, porridge or chia puddings, and they never go mouldy before I get to them.

Edamame- one of the easiest ways to add plant protein to a stir-fry, poke bowl or salad. Although if you ask Tully... they’re just “chips.” 😂

And I finally grabbed the cauliflower gnocchi everyone’s been talking about. I feel a little late to the party, but I’m excited to see if it lives up to the hype & am sure we will be grateful to pull it out when we are sleep deprived and just need to put something quick and easy together!

For me it’s about making nourishing meals feel easy, reducing food waste, and setting ourselves up for those busy seasons of life when washing properly berries and spinach every day just isn’t realistic.

I’d love to know... what’s one thing you always keep in your freezer?
