Looking forward to our labyrinth walk for peace tomorrow Saturday 3 May starting at 1pm. The forecast is 22 degrees, sunny and no rain which is good news. Please bring something warm to wear. Even with the good forecast we may be moving the walk into our big multi purpose room using our canvas labyrinth so please bring a pair of socks. Illawarra Insight Dialogue 2-day workshop with Dave Leggatt

Finding Care In Every Moment
Join us for an immersive two-day workshop that will take you on a journey of self-discovery and exploration of the Buddha's teachings on caring for each other and the world. This workshop is designed to provide you with a deep understanding of how to cultivate and sustain relationships with those around you and the environment you live in.

Our exploration will be supported by the transformative practice of Insight Dialogue, which allows us to foster deep connections with others and the world around us.This mindfulness practice encourages us to listen deeply, speak from the heart, and cultivate ease, empathy and compassion.

Throughout the workshop, you will be guided through a series of experiential contemplations that will help you and your partners develop the skills you need to care for yourself, those around you, and the world at large. Practicing together, sharing your experiences, and learning from each other.

Don't miss this unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of the Buddha's teachings, develop your mindfulness practice, and connect with others who share your passion for caring for the world we live in. Register now to secure your spot!

Invitation to Sunday’s Labyrinth walk in Dombarton on the 5th of November. This is a free community event that we host on our bush property each month.
This Labyrinth walk starts at 1:30 pm, it will be accompanied by the beautiful healing sounds of Solestra Crystal Bowl Orchestra .
As we walk on this day we will be using a theme to help guide the experience. This time it will be dedicated to honouring our personal ancestral heritage. This can include the cultures that helped to forged our early values.
The family traits that strengthen our capacity to develop our own virtues and diminish undesirable vices.
Any difficulties that taught us to live with self awareness.
The connections which can guide us to live with compassion and
or any other related aspect you like to include …or
other concepts that arise for you personally before or during the time.
In this time your choices and experience are open for your own exploration. The information shared prior to the walk is general rather than directive. You are free to walk with any other personal purpose if you want.
However if you do choose to explore with the offered theme in mind please bring a physical talisman of significance to you and a small floral or botanical tribute if you can.
You are welcome to stay for a shared afternoon tea afterwards.

There is no need to share what the labyrinth experience brought to you, but you can chat and share informally with others present during the social tea time if that is mutually comfortable and mutually desired.
These events are for personal reflection, people of all faiths and secular beliefs are all very welcome. It is only essential that you come accepting that this opportunity aims to provide a space and time that in welcoming, safe and comfortable for anyone who attends.
Labyrinth’s have existed across most of humanities time on earth They can be found in many places and in many cultures.
Essentially today they are recognised as pathways for peace and personal reflection across the world.
