sister of the stars
child of the light in your eyes.
I am powerful.

The geometry of my shape shifts
from gently curved lines
to expanding circles: earth, moon, sun.

I am powerful.
I am strong.

The tempo of my vibration quickens,
increasing from
butterfly wings, to floundering fish,
to beating drum,
erupting volcano,
the rhythm as old and constant as
the cycles of the sun

Our bodies and the earth are so connected!

Our innate nature is to flow in sync with Mother Earth, her seasons and her cycles.

There is so much wisdom she is just waiting to share with us.

So it’s been a minute mamas!🤭

Thank you to all of the (patient) mamas that have been messaging me asking me when I’m going to be holding space and running a postpartum/mums & bubs yoga class again!🙏🏼

I would LOVE to see you all on Friday 23rd September (Spring Equinox) 10am-12pm for my Sacred Mama’s Gathering.

This offering will be a safe and nurturing space for mamas to sit together in circle, to listen, to share, and to connect.

There will also be a nourishing yoga practice and morning tea.

A little peak into today’s Postpartum Honouring Ceremony for one of my favourite mamas.🌺

We begun with a healing and reflection ceremony, cacao and some journaling. ☕️

Followed by a nourishing womb and body massage and rebozo wrapping as the storm rolled in and created the most divine atmosphere.⛈

We finished up with a gentle yoni steam, and a botanical brewed bath blend ready to use later today. 🛁

What an honour it is to hold space for women as they unfurl from maiden into mamahood.

So much love & gratitude to be able to honour this important rite of passage with sacred ritual.🌹
