Not an oil you will use much but an absolute necessity.

Probably one of Young Living's most "under the radar" oils but an absolute powerhouse!

DiGize essential oil blend has a spicy, exotic scent that is great for diffusing before or after large meals or applying topically to the abdomen for a calming aromatic experience.

Mentoring ~

Not something I thought I would be doing 12 months ago!

In Aug 2020 I grabbed my first Aria Starter Bundle to use in my home salon. It took me almost 12 months to see that just by me sharing (which I was already doing naturally) I could turn this into an online business.

To this day I have 6 women who have decided to do this along side me. And today we kicked off our April Mentorship where I am walking 4 women through and getting them set up to do exactly the same.

So it just goes to show just how much your life can change in such a short amount of time.

Recipe-

-2-3 Wheetbix (GF for me)
-Milk of choice about a cup wait till it soaks up and pat down to create the base
-Yoghurt of choice
-Any toppings you like, I have GF granola frozen raspberries and blueberries 🫐

You could also add protein powder to the mix if you wish??
