1 year ago, we said hello to LF & Co. Nutrition!

To be honest, I didn’t even realise until Instagram reminded me, and it really made me stop and reflect on the past 12 months.

As business owners, we don’t often take the time to do that.

It can feel like there is always more you could be doing, more goals to reach, and more things to improve.

Ironically, this is something we talk to our clients about all the time — taking things one step at a time and making small, meaningful changes that add up over the long term.

Maybe I should start taking my own advice too 😂

This past year, I welcomed our first dietitian (outside of myself), Lucy, to the team, went on the news twice (still shook by this 😅), and hosted our first nutrition event, which was such a pinch-me moment.

In between all of that, Lucy and I have had the privilege of supporting so many individuals with their nutrition and health.

I’m so incredibly grateful to everyone who subscribes to our newsletter, follows along on Instagram, likes and shares our posts, comes to see us in clinic, or supports us in any way at all.
