Great day onsite with the team at QLD Survey Pegs delivering Emergency Response Team (ERT) training! 🚨

🏊‍♂️ This week, the team hit the pool for Lifeguard Training, sharpening essential skills and refreshing techniques to help keep our communities safe.

With summer just around the corner, there’s no better time to prepare for the busy season ahead. From water rescues to emergency response, ongoing training ensures our team is ready when it matters most.

That said, on a chilly winter morning, we were definitely grateful for the heated pool! 🔥💦

⛑️🧯We’ve been onsite this week delivering Breathing Apparatus, Fire Safety and Emergency Response Team (ERT) training — equipping staff with the skills, confidence and practical knowledge to respond when it matters most. 🏭🚑

These training days included hands-on, scenario-based exercises, giving participants the opportunity to prepare for realistic emergency situations in their workplace, strengthen teamwork and build confidence in responding under pressure. Scenario-based training is widely used to improve preparedness by allowing teams to practise decision-making and response skills in realistic environments.

A huge thank you to everyone who got involved and gave it their all! 👏🔥
