Kidney Action Week is an opportunity to raise awareness of kidney health, understand your risk of kidney disease and take action towards protecting your kidneys.

Kidney disease can often develop without noticeable symptoms, making awareness, regular health checks and early detection important.

Medical imaging plays an important role in the diagnosis and assessment of many kidney conditions. At In-House Radiology, we provide high-quality ultrasound imaging and low-dose CT scans, which can assist in the investigation and ongoing management of kidney conditions, including kidney stones, cysts, obstruction and other abnormalities.

🦴 Healthy Bones Action Week 🦴

Strong bones are the foundation of an active, healthy life, but bone loss often develops without any obvious symptoms. That's why understanding your bone health is so important.

This Healthy Bones Action Week, take a proactive approach by speaking with your GP if you have risk factors for osteoporosis, such as increasing age, a family history of the condition, menopause, certain medical conditions or previous fractures.

A DEXA (Bone Density) scan is a fast, low-dose imaging test that measures bone density and can help detect osteoporosis or osteopenia before a fracture occurs. Early diagnosis allows you and your healthcare team to take steps to protect your bones and reduce future fracture risk.

At In-House Radiology, we provide DEXA scans with appointments available through a GP referral.

Living with persistent pain can make even everyday activities feel challenging. During National Pain Week, we're recognising the impact chronic pain has on the lives of many Australians and reminding you that support is available.

At In-House Radiology, we offer advanced image-guided pain management procedures that use medical imaging to accurately target the source of pain. These minimally invasive treatments may help reduce discomfort, improve mobility, and support your quality of life.

We welcome all referrals and provide appointments across all our clinics to help you access the care you need.

You don't have to live with ongoing pain. Speak with your GP or specialist to see if image-guided pain management could be right for you.
