Today marks World Ovarian Cancer Day - a powerful reminder to raise awareness of this often silent disease and the importance of early detection.
Ovarian cancer symptoms can be subtle and easily overlooked. If you or a loved one is experiencing persistent bloating, increased abdominal size, abdominal or pelvic pain, feeling full after eating small amounts, or needing to urinate more often, it’s important to seek medical advice.
Medical imaging plays a crucial role in the investigation and diagnosis of ovarian cancer. At In-House Radiology, we provide pelvic ultrasound imaging to help assess symptoms and support early detection.
If you have any concerns, speak with your GP about a referral.

At In-House Radiology, we’re proud to support Thyroid Awareness Month by highlighting the importance of thyroid health and early detection.

Thyroid conditions are common and often go unnoticed, but with the right imaging, they can be identified and managed early.

We offer thyroid ultrasounds, a quick, non-invasive and painless scan that provides detailed images of the thyroid, helping with accurate diagnosis and ongoing monitoring.

Big day in In House Radiology in Woodend, Victoria. Thank you to Gus, Maria and Emma for having me in for an in-clinic training session.

Always such a privilege to work alongside teams building confidence and skill in endometriosis ultrasound… and seeing real impact in real time.

Fun (and slightly confronting) fact from the day: we identified endometriosis in 50% of the patients we scanned.
A reminder of just how common it is — and how important it is that we keep getting better at looking for it.

This years theme "A Happy Mouth is… A Happy Life", is a great reminder that good oral health is essential to our overall wellbeing.

At In-House Radiology, we support dentists and specialists with high-quality imaging to assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

We offer bulk billing for all Digital X-rays, including OPG and Lat Ceph and offer quality CT dental Imaging (Dentascan).
