📢 WE’RE HIRING – CARE COORDINATOR

Better Life Disability Care Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to join our team in Narangba.

We’re looking for someone who:
✔ Has experience working in the NDIS/disability sector
✔ Can confidently coordinate participant supports and staff
✔ Has good communication and organisational skills
✔ Is available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

📍 Office located in Narangba, close to the train station.

Requirements:
- Experience in a Care Coordinator or similar NDIS role
- Driver Licence & reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Blue Card
- First Aid & CPR

BLDC has the following SDA (HPS) SIL homes available:

• Narangba – 1 vacant SDA (HPS) home (2 participant home)
• Deception Bay – 1 ensuite room available in a male HPS home (3 participants home)
• Narangba – 1 male ensuite room available (2 participant home)

All homes have SIL supports in place, and we’re happy to work with you to build or transition your own support team in line with your NDIS plan.

We welcome enquiries from participants with approved SDA funding and can discuss individual suitability.
