Supreme Ultimate Tai Chi Chief Instructor Konrad Dorn is fully qualified and accredited. He has been studying Tai Chi since 1979 and has been teaching since 1998. Konrad has trained with the most respected Masters and Grand Masters in Australia and China. Supreme Ultimate Tai Chi classes focus on mindfulness, balance, memory and stamina training, rotations, stretches, breathing, flexibility, weigh

t resistance, deep relaxation and more. The exercises are gentle with easy-to-follow forms. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Friendly class environment. We offer formal and casual classes in all the most popular styles of Tai Chi Chuan and Tai Chi Qigong, including beginners, advanced, competition training, instructor training and judging up to the national level. Our instructors are fully trained and highly accomplished in the art of Tai Chi and the art of teaching.
