Yoga Therapy is a personalised session designed to support healing, mobility, stress relief, and overall wellbeing. Unlike a regular yoga class, each session is tailored to your individual needs using therapeutic movement, breathwork, stretching, relaxation, and mindfulness techniques.

This service may help with:
• Stress and anxiety
• Neck and back pain
• Poor posture and stiffness
• Fatigue and tension
• Injury recovery
• Mobility and flexibility

Session Options:
30 Minutes – Yoga Therapy ($65)
A focused session including movement, mobility exercises, breathwork, stretching, and relaxation techniques.
60 Minutes – Yoga Therapy + Massage ($105)
90 Minutes – Yoga Therapy + Massage ($150)
No yoga experience is required. All sessions are adapted to your body, goals, and comfort level.

Whilst the challenge isn’t about weight loss, Ty managed to lose over 7kgs from the start of the year, built strength, built new habits by taking part in the additional weekly challenges and discovered his new love for the sauna 🧖‍♀️

WEEK 3 – THE REAL TEST 😮‍💨

Week 3 is almost upon us…
and honestly, this is the hardest week for most people
(including me).

This week we’re cutting out ultra-processed foods and bad takeaways 🚫

That means:
❌ sugary drinks
❌ chocolate
❌ ice cream
❌ chips & sweets

Not forever — just for this week.

Instead, we’re adding more whole foods 🌱
If it came out of the ground (or close to it), you’re on the right track.

✨ Swap sweets for fruit
✨ Add full-fat Greek yoghurt (not the s**t sugary stuff)
✨ More nuts, seeds, veggies & whole grains

This week isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about noticing:
• cravings
• energy
• digestion
• mood
