Yoga Therapy is a personalised session designed to support healing, mobility, stress relief, and overall wellbeing. Unlike a regular yoga class, each session is tailored to your individual needs using therapeutic movement, breathwork, stretching, relaxation, and mindfulness techniques.

Session Options:
30 Minutes – Yoga Therapy ($65)
A focused session including movement, mobility exercises, breathwork, stretching, and relaxation techniques.
60 Minutes – Yoga Therapy + Massage ($105)
90 Minutes – Yoga Therapy + Massage ($150)
No yoga experience is required. All sessions are adapted to your body, goals, and comfort level.
