People who push you >>

The ones who see what you're capable of, even when you can't quite see it yourself.

Who challenge you with love and intention, remind you how strong you are, and help you discover there's so much more in you than you realise.

At IMPACT, we've got you!! It's time to step into your biggest, boldest self 💪

IMPACT IS TURNING 5 IN NOVEMBER! 🎉

Five incredible years of moving, sweating, laughing, growing and building this very special community together deserves a proper celebration.

So, we’re bringing a Silent Disco to the Studio! 🎧

Think banging beats, big energy, lots of laughs and the chance to let it ALL go on the dance floor. 💃🏼

No reformers. No reps. No counting. Just a room full of your favourite Impact people, celebrating 5 years of Strong, Empowered, Connected community.

We’d LOVE to know if you’re coming along, as this will help with planning and numbers for the night.

Pop an emoji below to let us know you’re in!

Let’s celebrate 5 years of Impact together xx

Please support our small business and where possible, choose bank transfer (BECs) at the checkout, or for your weekly membership payments.

There is still a small fee for us, but it's less than the surcharges on credit or debit card payments. It all adds up for a small business, and your consideration genuinely means a lot. Carly xx

📣 A little studio heads up
Carly is officially going out of range next week as she and her hubby enjoy a well-earned hike through the Northern Section of the Grampians Peaks Trail, with Chels stepping up as Studio Manager while she’s away.

Please help us by keeping ALL studio comms through Momence and allowing the team a little space and time to respond. Slide across the details.
