You may be wondering - what is Reiki? You may have heard of it but don’t really know what it involves or what benefits it can have. In ba

sic terms it is an energy healing practice where the Reiki practitioner (me) places their hands on or above your (fully clothed) body, connecting to your energy to help your body balance itself from a very deep level. Sessions may involve guided meditation, crystals and colour therapy, and I also offer card reading and guidance as part of my sessions. In my experience Reiki can facilitate deep and profound life changes, and help anything from pain, anxiety and stress, to releasing emotions and helping find your purpose in life. I could talk and talk about Reiki but it is only the experience of something that will reveal the true meaning for you. Life works in mysterious ways, and I have found that it often brings you exactly what you need at exactly the right time. I wouldn't be doing what I'm doing without your love, support and guidance, for saying yes to your own soul calling you to venture down the Reiki path and explore where it leads.

Grateful to have found you, and experience the flow of energy between us. You opened the path of Reiki and Seichim for me, for which I'll be forever grateful.

Together we have hosted workshops with the founder of Seichim, Patrick Zeigler, with our third one coming up very soon!

And - next month - EGYPT!! What a crazy experience to share with you.

Some tips around this:

πŸͺ·Before you walk in the house, brush down your energy field. This could look like running your hands over your arms, head, legs (let me know if you'd like a video of this?)

πŸͺ·Washing your hands and visualising washing away the day that has been

πŸͺ·Power statement - I call all my energy back to me and release any energy that is not mine to carry (great to do while washing your hands or brushing down your energy field)

πŸͺ·Think of a transitional activity that will bridge work to home - something you do in between to connect back in with yourself
