You may be wondering - what is Reiki? You may have heard of it but don’t really know what it involves or what benefits it can have. In basic terms it is an energy healing practice where the Reiki practitioner (me) places their hands on or above your (fully clothed) body, connecting to your energy to help your body balance itself from a very deep level. Sessions may involve guided meditation, crystals and colour therapy, and I also offer card reading and guidance as part of my sessions. In my experience Reiki can facilitate deep and profound life changes, and help anything from pain, anxiety and stress, to releasing emotions and helping find your purpose in life. I could talk and talk about Reiki but it is only the experience of something that will reveal the true meaning for you.
