Sophie, you touched so many hearts in your short but beautiful life. You will always be part of our Pod family.

Our hearts are with her amazing mum Kym, dad Tim, and her brothers Darcy, Elijah and Ethan. There are simply no words for a loss like this. We are sending all of our love and strength to the entire family as they navigate an unimaginable time.

Disability Support Worker – Spring Mountain/Springfield
We are looking for a caring, reliable and mature female support worker to join our small, supportive team.
You will be supporting a lovely lady in her 60’s in the Spring Mountain/Springfield area. This role would suit someone who enjoys building genuine connections and providing calm, consistent support.

Shift Available:
• Friday afternoon 2pm start, inactive sleepover, 7am finish
• Inactive sleepover allowance: $160
• Holiday and sick day cover

More shifts are available for the right person.

About you:
• Mature, kind and dependable
• Experience in disability, aged care or similar preferred
• Enjoys a slower-paced environment and meaningful 1:1 support
• Ideally lives within 30 minutes of Spring Mountain

• Above award pay rate
• Supportive, down-to-earth team
• A small company that genuinely values both staff and participants

Disability Support Worker – Spring Mountain / Springfield

• Sleepover shifts: approx. 7/8pm – 8:00am
• Inactive sleepover allowance: $150
