Disability Support Worker – Spring Mountain/Springfield
We are looking for a caring, reliable and mature female support worker to join our small, supportive team.
You will be supporting a lovely lady in her 60’s in the Spring Mountain/Springfield area. This role would suit someone who enjoys building genuine connections and providing calm, consistent support.

Shift Available:
• Friday afternoon 2pm start, inactive sleepover, 7am finish
• Inactive sleepover allowance: $160
• Holiday and sick day cover

More shifts are available for the right person.

About you:
• Mature, kind and dependable
• Experience in disability, aged care or similar preferred
• Enjoys a slower-paced environment and meaningful 1:1 support
• Ideally lives within 30 minutes of Spring Mountain

• Supportive, down-to-earth team

• Sleepover shifts: approx. 7/8pm – 8:00am
• Inactive sleepover allowance: $150
