βœ‹οΈStop replaying the past in your current relationships.🌟

πŸ™‹β€β™€οΈHi my name is Mary and a trauma-informed coach.

Your past belongs in the past. It shouldn't dictate your future.
If you experienced childhood trauma, your nervous system might still be operating in survival mode. Today, that shows up as:

β€’ Constantly people-pleasing to avoid conflict.

β€’ Fearing abandonment or pushing people away.

β€’ Feeling anxious when things are actually peaceful.

As a trauma-informed coach, I help you break these subconscious loops and gently retrain your nervous system for safety and deep, authentic connection. You don't have to navigate this alone anymore. Break the cycle of surviving and start living.

✨ ARE YOU READY TO CHOOSE THE LIGHT? ✨

I am now welcoming new clients for Trauma-Informed Coaching sessions.
As a Certified Trauma-Informed Coach, I provide a safe, respectful and supportive space where you can:

🌿 Build resilience and confidence
🌿 Recognise patterns that may be holding you back
🌿 Learn strategies for managing overwhelm and anxiety
🌿 Create healthy boundaries
🌿 Set meaningful goals for your future
🌿 Take positive steps towards the life you deserve

My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental and focused on helping you recognise your strengths and move forward at your own pace.

Please note: Coaching is not therapy or crisis counselling. If your needs fall outside the scope of coaching, I will support you to connect with an appropriate licensed mental-health professional.

You have survived difficult chaptersβ€”but they do not have to define your future.

πŸ“’ We're Still Here – Just Moving! πŸπŸ’›

We've become aware of rumours that Bumblebee Disability has closed because our signs have been taken down.

We'd like to reassure everyone that we have NOT closed.

We are currently in the process of relocating our Day Centre to our respite house so we can provide an even better space for our participants. During this transition, some of our signage has been removed, which has unfortunately caused some confusion.

Our services continue as normal, and we remain committed to supporting our participants and their families with the same care, compassion, and dedication you've come to expect from us.

Thank you to everyone for your ongoing support and patience while we complete this exciting move. We look forward to welcoming everyone to our new location soon!

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
