Tox parties must be paid in full two weeks before the party- minimum of (5 people)
If you wish to cancel you must give 48 hours or more notice. The deposit is non-refundable but the consultation component of the deposit amount will be subtracted from the full treatment cost. If the client decides not to follow through with any treatment the consultation/house call fee is not refundable or transferable to another appointment. All appointments with the nurse are to be conducted alone and are strictly private and confidential. No children are to be in clinic, but we will welcome children who are still in prams and settled or asleep. If you are unwell with any symptoms your appointment must be cancelled as per cancellation policy. Please do not take any ibruprofen or asprin on the day of any cosmetic injectable, cosmetic enhancement or skin needling treatments. This can increase risk of bruising and stimulate a quicker blood flow. If you are reliant on these medications, consult your doctor before attending the appointment for comfort however the Registered Nurse does consult Registered Medical Practitioners before attending to your treatment. You must be over the age of 18 years to receive any anti-wrinkle injections or cosmetic enhancement treatments at Captivate Clinic and ALL clients are required to bring their medicare card and photo identification for treatment. All people under the age of 18 years, must have parent consent before being treated with any of our services. The parent must bring a birth certificate of the person under 18 yrs stating they are the parent. Both the parent and the person under 18 years must also bring ID and a medicare card. The Registered Nurse will assess whether you are a good candidate for cosmetic enhancements or anti-wrinkle injections, please do not take offense if your treatment is refused for your safety. We can not perform any cosmetic enhancement or anti-wrinkle injections treatments on breastfeeding or pregnant mothers.
