Haven’t tried dried chickpeas before? Here are a few tips:

🌱 Soak overnight – Soak in plenty of water for 8–12 hours to reduce cooking time and improve digestibility.

🌱Don’t add salt too early – Wait until the chickpeas are tender before salting the cooking water. Early salting can slow softening.

🌱 Cook extra and freeze – Cook a large batch & freeze in portion-sized containers for quick meals during the week.
