Living with a chronic condition has taught me that function, strength and quality of life are so much more important than a number on the scales.

10 weeks postpartum → 10 months postpartum. 🩷

As a certified pre & postnatal trainer, I’ve learnt that health and fitness doesn’t need to be complicated or consume your life. It’s about finding simple, sustainable habits that actually fit into the reality of being a busy mum. 🌸
