Jen | Spinal Flow Practitioner
Holding Space for Spines & Self

Listening deeply, tuning in to the wisdom of the spine, the rhythms of the nervous system, and the subtle current beneath the surface. I'm Jen, a Spinal Flow Practitioner with a deep respect for the body's wisdom and its ability to heal when it feels safe and supported. With a foundation in nursing, my background includes Aboriginal

Health, social and emotional wellbeing and complementary therapies focusing on nervous system based care. Spinal Flow is the heart of my practice because it honors the whole person, supporting the nervous system to release stored stress and reconnect with ease and regulation. Many of the people I work with are sensitive, overwhelmed, or carrying the effects of long term stress or early life experiences, and are seeking a calm, gentle, respectful approach to healing. Spinal Flow H2O is a space of safety, curiosity, and compassion.

Stress, exhaustion, emotional pain, depression, anxiety and lots more, are experiences so many of us spend years trying to push through.
Do you know that these experiences are your nervous system doing exactly what it learned to do to protect you?

Do you know that healing doesn’t always come by pushing harder?

Healing begins when the body feels safe enough to let go.

Imagine what might change if your body no longer had to carry everything alone.

I’m Jen. A trauma informed Spinal Flow practitioner here in beautiful Yamba, inviting you or someone you care about to book a call so we can discuss how Spinal Flow can help you with your healing journey.

Happy Friday from Brydee and me.

Soaking up this winter ocean behind us. It’s calm, the kind that reminds you nothing needs to be rushed.

Spinal Flow meets the body in a similar way.

If this week has felt full, let the weekend be simpler. Less holding, more breathing and more space to just be 🩵

How many boxes would you tick?

Stress. Anxiety. Fatigue. Feeling overwhelmed. Feeling disconnected from yourself.

Many people live with these every day without realising their nervous system may be carrying unresolved stress.

In Spinal Flow, these experiences can be associated with the Base Gateway, which is linked to our sense of safety, grounding, and survival.

When stress is stored in the body, it can affect how we feel, function, and heal.

Is your body asking to be heard?
Message me if you ticked one or more boxes and are ready to make change.

A little bit of Yamba.

Life moves quickly, but the ocean has a way of reminding us to pause, breathe, and come back to ourselves.

If you could do with some down time, let me know.

So often, we think healing means trying harder.

But the body speaks a different language.

Healing happens when the body feels safe enough to let go.

If you or someone you love has been trying really hard to heal, I’d love to connect about how Spinal Flow can support your wellbeing.

Sometimes, it looks like laughter, sometimes tears, and sometimes it’s the first deep breath you’ve taken in years.
Imagine what may be possible if your nervous system no longer had to work so hard just to get through the day.

HAPPY FRIDAY everyone. It’s been a big week at Spinal Flow H2O. Just finishing the week with something one of my beautiful clients said after our session. It’s testament to the fact that there are moments the body just lets go in ways the mind can’t explain.

I’d love to support you too.
Message me to learn how this incredible modality could help change the way you experience stress.

Our bodies often tell the stories our words cannot. Stress, grief, fear, uncertainty, and the weight of life’s experiences can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves.

This is one of the reasons I’m so passionate about Spinal Flow. It offers a safe space to slow down, reconnect, and support the body’s innate ability to move from survival into greater ease and regulation.

If this sketch resonates with you, please know that you don’t have to navigate everything alone, and sometimes the bravest thing we can do is reach out for support 🩵

If you’re curious about how Spinal Flow can support your wellbeing, I’d love to have a conversation with you.

It’s Friday, which usually means Brydee gets to take over my page. Those of you who’ve been here for a while know that this cheeky boy is a big part of my world.

Between supporting clients, running a business, and navigating life, he’s often the one reminding me to laugh, slow down, and enjoy the moment.

Happy Friday, everyone. May your weekend include something that brings you as much joy as Brydee brings me.
