What a full-on week it’s been at Nigel Support Services! 💜

We’ve been busy supporting people to get out into the community, work towards their goals and build confidence along the way. Some goals take time, and every step forward deserves to be celebrated.

We’re grateful to the participants and families who trust us to be part of their journey, and to our team for the care they bring to every shift and we are excited to be adding to the team.

Here’s to another week of showing up, giving things a go and making progress together. 💜

💜 WE’RE BACK — AND READY TO MOVE FORWARD! 💜

Firstly, we would like to thank everyone for their patience and understanding while we have been quieter than usual online.

Nigel Support Services completed our required audits and registration renewal requirements back in June 2025. Unfortunately, during this process, our previous auditor had their auditing approval revoked by the NDIS Commission. This was completely outside our control and meant our audit had to be transferred to another approved auditor and redone causing further delays to our registration renewal.

What should have been a straightforward process turned into several long months of transferring, processing, reprocessing and waiting for everything to be finalised.

It has been an incredibly stressful and challenging time behind the scenes, but we’re very happy to announce that our registration has now been updated, approved and renewed for 3 more years 🎉

Our audits were successfully completed again with the new auditor in June 2026,( yes it took that long to get transferred 🤦‍♀️) our registration requirements have been met with no conformities, and we can now continue providing supports as normal—as a registered NDIS provider. (3 months of sitting in processing 😭)

We sincerely apologise for the wait and truly appreciate everyone who checked in, supported us and remained patient throughout this process.

Thankfully none of our current participants were affected by this and we thank you all for your amazing reviews to the auditors 🥰

Now it’s time for a fresh start. We’re back online, accepting new participants and ready to continue doing what we love—providing safe, reliable and genuinely caring support to people and families in our community.

Nigel Support Services is a registered NDIS provider based in Yarrabilba, supporting participants across Logan and surrounding areas.

We offer community access, daily living and personal care, transport, mentoring and support to build everyday skills. We take time to get to know each participant and find the right worker for them.
