Meet Michael πŸ‘‹

Michael has been with the Maximise Physiotherapy team since 2022, becoming an integral part of the crew at both our Palmerston and Humpty Doo Clinics. As part of our Post-Graduate Masters Scholarship Program, Michael is currently studying a Double Masters degree in Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy & High Performance Sport alongside his clinical work

Michael has a keen interest in strength and conditioning, using these principles to prevent and manage a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions while optimising long-term movement health and performance.

As an athlete himself, Michael understands the nuances of managing sports-specific injuries and appreciates the unique physical demands that different sports place on the body.

Outside of work you will find Michael practicing what he preaches, or spending time with his family and new puppy Lenny!
