The idea of preparing home-style packaged meals started through conversations with family and friends, who were struggling to find time to cook nutritious and interesting meals for themselves and their families. Bec grew up in a family who valued good food and has always enjoyed trying new and exciting recipes. Her cooking skills ev

olved from hours of preparing food grown in the veggie patch and orchard along side her parents. Bec is a Dietitian, which has enabled her to understand the importance of a healthy and nutritious diet. She cooks with fresh and wholesome ingredients to fuel your bodies in the most natural and appropriate way. The Cook & Co Kitchen is a great option for busy weeknight meals, when you’re entertaining or cooking for 1 or 2. If you’re constantly throwing out ingredients you’ve bought for a special recipe then our meals are a cost effective way to get more variety in your diet without the waste. Our meals have simple reheating instructions so are perfect for those of you that aren’t very confident in the kitchen.
