Most of us are moving fast.
The next thing on the list. The next decision to make. The next problem to solve. The next goal to reach.
And somewhere in all of that forward motion, we don't always stop to notice what's quietly happening underneath.
Because sometimes, when the thing we've been working so hard toward finally starts to feel within reach, something unexpected surfaces.
A hesitation. A pull back. A quiet voice that asks...
"Do I really deserve this?"
Not because we haven't worked hard enough. Not because we're not capable. But because success has a way of bringing up the stories we carry about ourselves.
Stories about worth. About being enough. About whether we're truly allowed to have the things we want.
And those stories were often formed long before we ever set the goal.
This is why I believe the inner work and the outer work are never really separate. The goal isn't the only thing worth looking at, sometimes the most important question is what we believe about ourselves in relation to it.
Because what you believe about yourself quietly shapes what you're willing to do, have, ask for, accept and become.
