🤍 A gentle reminder…
It's okay to not feel great today.
It's okay if your energy feels heavy.
It's okay if you woke up flat.
It's okay if you can't quite explain why — you just feel… off.
As soul-led women, we're so deeply connected to energy — our own, other people's, the collective, the moon, the shifts happening in the world. Sometimes we carry more than we realise.
You don't need to "fix" yourself. You don't need to push through. You don't need to pretend.
You just need to come home to yourself. 🌿
Here are a few of my favourite ways to gently cleanse & ground your energy when you're feeling low:
🛁 Take a salt bath — add Epsom salts, a few drops of lavender, and let the water draw out what isn't yours.
🌬 Smudge yourself — light sage, palo santo, or incense and move the smoke around your body, especially over your heart and head.
🌿 Get your feet on the earth — barefoot on the grass for even 5 minutes is one of the fastest ways to discharge heavy energy.
💧 Drink water like it's medicine — add intention to it. Energy moves through hydration.
🕯 Light a candle & sit in silence — no podcast, no phone. Just you, your breath, and the flame.
✨ Shake it off — literally — put on a song and let your body move. Energy is meant to move through you, not get stuck in you.
🤍 Place your hand on your heart & say: "I am safe. I am held. I am allowed to rest."
You are not broken, beautiful. You are human. And the most soul-led thing you can do today is be gentle with yourself.
