Journey into the Cosmos with this unique Sound Bath fundraiser in Busselton.

On September 20th, a special group of local Sound Bath facilitators will gather together for a one-off Cosmic Sound Bath event.

Experience a wave of sound from our collective gongs while being gently washed with the sound of harmonised singing bowls to create deep states of harmony and relaxation in body and mind.

This Sound Bath is supporting the Boris Hess Foundation in Nepal, helping feed and educate children.

100% of proceeds will go to the Foundation with the following facilitators associated with Peter Hess Australia donating their time for the event.

These events and this initiative were already being carefully planned before the recent flooding in Nepal. Which makes this fundraiser even more meaningful as it will provide a much needed funds boost to their longer-term education and humanitarian projects.

I often wonder what my niche might be...but I honestly don't have the answer. I love how versatile my skills are, and truly it keeps me excited about life.

This week will take me from Chicken Whispering to Palliative care, to running my Spooky2 rife machine detox protocol, with group sessions and event planning in between.

Many people ask me

'Do you work with ______ condition?' and the answer will be yes, because BodyTalk works with helping balance the imbalance rather than whatever the diagnosis is.

Helping the body recover from surgery is one of the ways BodyTalk can be amazingly effective, and I wish everyone knew how much BodyTalk can help the body prepare and recover from surgery. It can really make a huge difference. Today I was using BodyTalk to help a chicken recover from surgery and return to her bright self.

BodyTalk is also really powerful at supporting births and deaths.

Since I started with The BodyTalk System in 2012 I've used The BodyTalk System to help ease deaths of animals and people. In 2019 I also took Zenith Virago's Deathwalker course, which was really fantastic for empowering the processes around natural death care.

As well as being a powerful healing tool, BodyTalk can also help people ease the process towards death. It's particularly effective for emotional and personal resolution, releasing fear and unfinished business, as well as enabling powerful shifts of perspective around life.

In some cases I've also used BodyTalk to help prepare the body, and it's organs, for the impending death, and in extreme cases such as a time I hit a kangaroo I used BodyTalk to help shut the organs and brain down.

Helping the body go through the death process is a form of healing too.

BodyTalk will only go where the body is wanting to go, so during a session I am asking and following the lead of the body rather than initiating anything myself.

This week I'll also be using my Sound Bath skills for palliative support. The beautiful thing about sound is it's experiential, it lightens the senses, and it's non verbal and easy to experience.

Bringing the joy of sound to someone at all stages of life is really an honour.

What's different about our Sound Baths on home soil?

Apart from having experienced and trained facilitators, and great quality instruments, there are other key factors which make our Sound Baths super special

It's Quiet
It's a quiet and peaceful environment, which can be hard to find in this modern world of constant noice.
The sounds you hear are mostly animal and nature sounds, the sound of nature in harmony and peace. There is sometimes a little background traffic hum, but much less than other environments. Let your ears recalibrate

It's Low EMF
We are constantly exposed to electromagnetic frequencies in this day and age. It creates a low grade background stress for the body, so give your body a break, leave the phone in the car and take off the smart watch. Our wifi is switched off and there are no overlapping zones, the nearest phone tower is kms away. Let your body recalibrate

Its a low tox and low sensory environment
We like to live life low tox, minimising chemicals in our environment and using natural cleaning products and essential oils in low doses. This includes fabric and laundry products. Any smell is a natural based smell. All guests are asked to not use perfume too. Your body will appreciate the break.

We have been working on this event for a month, and we are all very saddened by what is currently happening in Nepal with flash flooding and landslides.

It makes this fundraiser all the more important.

We are all offering our services free of charge, and 100% of the funds we raise will be going to the Boris Hess Foundation in Nepal to provide underprivileged children with free education, accommodation, food and adequate health care. What’s it like for you being in a group situation?

I’m currently with a group and this clip Andrew filmed makes me laugh as I resonate so much with Shaman (the black one at the end).

Groups and new people can bring up lots of things and I find it interesting to observe myself and the different personalities that come up.

The extrovert
The tour guide
The supporter
The shy
The hiding
The well connected
The not seen/recognised

New situations bring a myriad of coping mechanisms to the forefront, and if you like your comfort zone for health reasons, like me and Shaman, having a new situation can be confronting.

Which is part of the expansion.

Like Shaman I find I read the energy first and then start to try to understand the dynamics.

Being with a group is nice to dip in, but I also like stepping back to recalibrate myself
