The Reclamation women’s circle is back on the 22nd April which is a few days after the new moon in Ta**us 🌑.
These circles are for women to come together to support and be supported by other women to reclaim your voice, body wisdom, sensual expression and feminine power.
For the next 7 months we will be journeying through the chakras to unlock our shakti energy which is the primordial life force energy that connects us to the earth.

Since diving more deeply into somatic work I have come to learn the absolute wisdom that the body encompasses.
With so much talk of ascension and rising of the feminine I thought I would try and bring some more light to embodiment and descention (yes that is a new word).
We are spiritual energies living a human experience. This means that we are both from the stars but also bodies of the earth. We are polarity, we are the up, down and everything in between.
Like a tree - we have roots, a trunk and branches that reach tall.
In a new age world of bringing our energies up through breathwork and meditation and mind altering medicines, it is so important to not forget to balance that. With grounded and felt experiences through the body, working with the body and connecting to the earth and her rhythms.
What is the point in accessing higher levels of consciousness if you cannot anchor them to your reality or to your earthly experience as a human?

We have these bodies of flesh, blood and bones, organs and interconnected energy systems - meridians and chakras and Nadis.
Theses body systems are not much different to the earth if you compare your physicalities to imprints of nature.

We are also social beings by nature as mammals and by nature as humans. We are no different to anyone else walking what seems like a tough life. This is why community connection is so important to have a tribe of women or men we can rely on to help us to become aware, heal and incarnate our fullest expression of true self 🙏🏽
