It’s so beautifully grounding to facilitate a client session in nature, and the local cheeky bush turkeys are always curious about the new visitors they have on their turf 😂

The simple moment of wonder and joy I connected with today, by observing filtered sunlight dancing through my bathroom window. 😍

Magic is all around us, we just have to become present enough to notice. ✨

Life constantly pulls on our attention. It’s easy to get lost in endless information and caught in the idea that we’re not enough, or we need to achieve more.
These patterns often arise from our attachment systems, traumas, and deeply held beliefs, which is where guided support can be important to safely unpack and help us come back into connection.
At the same time, there is something within us that never left. Something we can connect to daily through gentle awareness and practice. There is an ever-present window within us that holds our truth, the wisdom of our being, and our unique aliveness. We cannot seek this externally. It is always there, ready to be uncovered, revealed, and be in relationship with.
We get so distracted that we forget to take opportunities to expand into our own wonder, yet this is often where the answers we seek live, we just need the guidance, and willingness to tune in. The body holds subtle and wise maps, quietly waiting to be felt, seen, and remembered. This is where we can land into a deeper sense of wholeness, and learn to embrace the greatness of our mere existence.

With Love
