Finish the week by deciding what you’d like this new season to represent. Choose three intentions you’d like to nurture over spring. You could even plant seeds or flowers as a physical representation of them.
Affirmation: “I have cleared the old. I make space for what is ready to bloom.”

Day 6 - Refill Your Cup 💗🌸
Spring cleaning isn’t only about removing things. Once you’ve created space, intentionally put something nourishing back in. Rest, meditate, spend time outside, enjoy aromatherapy, journal or give yourself some genuine quiet time.
Reminder: What you make space for matters just as much as what you release.

Day 5 - Release & Let Go 🔥🌙
Write down something you’re ready to leave behind - an old habit, expectation, resentment, fear or limiting belief. Tear the paper up and dispose of it as a symbolic act of release.
Journal prompt: “What am I carrying simply because I’ve become accustomed to carrying it?”

Day 4 - Chakra Check-In 🌈
Take a few quiet minutes and work your awareness from your root chakra upward. Notice where you feel grounded, expressive, open or perhaps a little disconnected.
Ritual: Choose a crystal, colour, meditation or essential oil that represents the energy you’d like to nurture.

Turn your shower or bath into a mindful cleansing ritual. Imagine the water washing away the heaviness you’ve been carrying.
Affirmation: “I release what I no longer need to carry.”

Move beyond physical cleaning and refresh the feeling of your space. Use incense, an essential-oil mist, sound, bells or simply intention as you move through each room.
Education: Spiritual cleansing can be used as a symbolic ritual for marking a fresh beginning and shifting your own mindset and attention.
