To the six courageous souls that turned up and did the work this morning. You showed up for yourselves Give yourselves a big hug because it’s not easy work, but so rewarding. 

Because it’s such a personal journey and you can’t hear anybody else in the room it’s easier to let your walls come down, even if it’s only for a few hours. Most people walk away feeling lighter and calmer than they could ever remember. And no one knows what your pain looks like because they’re on their own journey.

Change and transformation does happen with this Breathwork.

This is how most of my evenings are spent as a travelling 9D Breathwork facilitator. Nights like these are good for reflection, chill time, listening to the sounds of the rainforest, and I love being away from the hustle. Just enjoying all the natural wonders of FNQ.
