I’ve been doing this for almost 20 years and it really is simple - if you just take out all of the noise, make yourself a priority every single day, and be consistent - watch your life change! And patience is needed in the process. No injections, no magic pills - just YOU, TIME + CONSISTENCY that will equate to long terms goals 🔥
1. NUTRITION IS EVERYTHING! This needs to be on point, i’m not talking about restriction or dieting. I’m talking about seeing as well as fuel and really getting your macros in check. AND eating enough!
2. MOVEMENT! Studies proved that when you find more workouts, you love and enjoy you are more inclined to do them consistently overtime. I really only do workouts that I enjoy with a combination of my own workouts from my app, with a sprinkle of a few classes in there, but time is not on my side, so I do think that I love and hit it hard in 30 min!
3. SUPPLEMENTS, this is very individual but it matters especially for us women in our 40s to help with energy levels, brain fog, sleep.
4. PELVIC FLOOR THERAPY I go to and this has been a game changer in my recovery! Also helps with the c section shelf!! It’s never too late for this!
5. SURROUND yourself with the likeminded people!!!! Energy is EVERYTHING!
