Pathetic
Western women have been severely lied to and cheated out of their happiness.
They've been sold a lie: feminism.
They've been taught that their happiness will come from higher education and a career and independence.
They were pushed to be "empowered" (read: alone) and "free" (read: lost), so they drifted through the prized years of their youth in and out of schools, institutions, office buildings, and travels.
Many of these women didn't have the time or energy for marriage or motherhood or family.
Many of these women, even if they had the inclination to find a man, didn't know the first thing about how to deal with one.
Many of these women ruthlessly suppressed their fitra, their feminine human nature, and their innate desire to be a wife and a mother.
Many of these women put their natural desires and needs on hold in order to chase their "dreams and goals" and to "reach their full potential" and to "contribute to society" by being a boss babe sitting at a cubicle or fetching coffee for a boss or inputting data into a spreadsheet.
Then, after a decade or two, many of these women end up just like the woman who wrote the attached comment, saying:
"I'm 47 and still waiting for The One and then to start a family together! Praying sincerely for these miracles to manifest."
This is so sad.
A 47-year-old woman, alone, with no husband or children or family. But she's still desperately hoping for these things.
At almost 50.
Now that her career and education and travels and "experiences" are over, now that her looks are starting to fade, now that hot girl summers are gone, now that casual hookups are harder to come by...she is finally ready to find a husband and start having children.
But guess what!
She's not ready to find just any husband or "settle." She's STILL not desperate enough to just be utterly grateful to any man who will consent to marry her. No, she's still dreaming of finding The One with a capital T and capital O.
Her prince in shining armor.
Her white knight.
She, the nearly 50-year-old princess, still waits with bated breath for The One to find her and sweep her off her feet so they can live happily ever after.
And then, she will "start" a family, having children at the age of menopause.
At nearly 50 years old, she ignores all reason, logic, biology, observable reality, data, statistics, and common sense.
She herself acknowledges this by saying that she's "praying for these miracles to manifest."
On some level, even she understands that at this point, it will take a miracle.
This isn't only one woman. She's not alone in these delusions or Disney fantasies.
An entire generation of modern women has been raised on these delusions.
On this self-sabatoge.
On this impossible fantasy, that you can have your cake and eat it too. That you, the average woman, can have it all: you can spend most of your adolescence and young adulthood preoccupied with education and degrees and careerism and travels, and then at almost 50, you'll still totally be easily able to find your dream husband, The One, and then *start* having children and creating a family.
See?
Everything is possible, you just have to manifest it!
You can be everything and have everything!
Women are queens!
And, at the end of the road, when many of these women get finally tired of "manifesting," they become depressed, anxious, and bitter. The meds for depression and anxiety are the only thing that helps, along with alcohol.
Muslim women, do not follow in their miserable footsteps.
You have nothing to prove to anyone.
You don't need to show anyone that you're "not oppressed" or that you're "empowered" or that you're "free" as a Muslim woman. Just worship Allah, marry a good Muslim man, raise good Muslim children, and thoroughly enjoy your beautiful family and the joy it brings.
Enjoy your femininity.
Ignore their feminism.
May Allah save us all, men and women, from the miserable wretched path of feminism and its delusions, ameen.
