An awareness campaign and agricultural input distribution program were organized in Chattogram by the Agro-Microenterprise Development Unit of the non-governmental organization ‘Mamata’.
On October 12, 2026, a campaign titled 'Nutritional Value of Safe Eggs' was held at Dakshin Bainjuri Government Primary School in Chandanaish to mark World Egg Day. Around 300 students participated in the event in the presence of Deputy Director, Mamata and Focal Person, Agriculturist Muhammad Enamul Haque. The program included an awareness rally, discussion session, essay competition, prize distribution, and distribution of boiled eggs. Speakers highlighted the importance of eggs in children's physical and mental development. This activity was funded by PKSF.
Additionally, on October 15, 2026, agricultural inputs were distributed among members of the crop and social forestry sectors. Seeds, saplings, organic fertilizers, cement pillars, and signboards were provided to farmers for 12 demonstration plots focusing on safe vegetable cultivation, intercropping, and climate-resilient varieties. These initiatives will play a key role in ensuring child nutrition and building technology-driven sustainable agriculture.
বেসরকারি উন্নয়ন সংস্থা ‘মমতা’-র এগ্রো-মাইক্রোএন্টারপ্রাইজ ডেভেলপমেন্ট ইউনিটের উদ্যোগে চট্টগ্রামে সচেতনতামূলক ক্যাম্পেইন ও কৃষিজ উপকরণ বিতরণ করা হয়েছে।
গত ১২ অক্টোবর ২০২৬ তারিখে চন্দনাইশের দক্ষিণ বাইনজুরি সরকারি প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ে বিশ্ব ডিম দিবস উপলক্ষে ‘নিরাপদ ডিমের পুষ্টি গুণাগুণ’ শীর্ষক ক্যাম্পেইন অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। মমতার উপ-পরিচালক ও ফোকাল পারসন কৃষিবিদ মুহাম্মদ এনামুল হকের উপস্থিতিতে ৩০০ শিক্ষার্থী এতে অংশ নেয়। কর্মসূচিতে সচেতনতামূলক র্যালি, আলোচনা সভা, রচনা প্রতিযোগিতা, পুরস্কার ও সেদ্ধ ডিম বিতরণ করা হয়। বক্তারা শিশুদের শারীরিক ও মানসিক বিকাশে ডিমের গুরুত্ব তুলে ধরেন। উক্ত কার্যক্রম পরিচালনায় অর্থায়ন করছে পিকেএসএফ।
এছাড়া, ১৫ অক্টোবর ২০২৬ তারিখে ফসল ও সামাজিক বনায়ন খাতের সদস্যদের মাঝে কৃষিজ উপকরণ বিতরণ করা হয়। নিরাপদ সবজি চাষ, আন্তঃফসল ও জলবায়ু সহনশীল জাতসহ ১২টি প্রদর্শনীর জন্য কৃষকদের মাঝে বীজ, চারা, জৈবসার, সিমেন্টের পিলার ও সাইনবোর্ড প্রদান করা হয়। এসব উদ্যোগ শিশুদের পুষ্টি নিশ্চিত করতে এবং প্রযুক্তিনির্ভর টেকসই কৃষি গঠনে ভূমিকা রাখবে।
