Qualification & Experience:
• Honors/Masters, BBA/MBA in any discipline.
• 1 year of work experience is preferrable, but freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Candidate with experience in healthcare industry will be given additional priority.
• Good Teamwork, communication skills and Networking ability.
• Smart, Energetic, well-groomed & well presented.
• Fluent with public in speaking skill (Bengali & English).
• Good knowledge on personal, corporate & customer Relations.
• Good organization and planning skills.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Effective PC user, efficient in email, MS Office, and web browsing.
Job Responsibilities:
• Meet, greet and attend to patients / contact persons.
• Set appointments as needed for patients and give necessary relevant Information.
• Coordinate with our partner hospitals in Thailand as needed.
• Check Emails regularly and follow up with daily appointments list to assist patients.
• Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible.
• Set and achieve personal targets as well as goals of the team.
Duty Station:
Life and Health LTD. – Dhaka
Working schedule: 5 days a week
