According to Tibb Greek, the following cares and medicines are useful for preventing cold-colds in winter and for treatment.
Cold-cold prevention increases mucus (flame) due to increasing cold and humidity, so reduce the intake of cold and heavy, greedy foods. More dairy and cool things increase balgum, limit them. Regular light physical activity keeps body heat and increases immunity. Take full sleep to keep your body warm and avoid bathing with cold water. Dress warm in winter and control the contact of cool air. Keep nasal paths moist with ubtan, hot sesame oil or other Tibbi addiction (nasya).
Unani medicines and home remedies for cold. Joshanda (Joshanda): Ginger, pepper, basil, cinnamon, pepperly, and honey brew that helps reduce mucus and remove the cuff. Herbal medicines such as Mulathi Licorice (Jethimadh), Coleus aromaticus and Adusa leaves and flowers: they reduce throat inflammation, cleanse the cough and soothe the cough. Sharbat Banafsha (Sharbat-e-Banafsha) / Sharbat e Zufa: for throat burn and cough.
Home remedies are relieved by taking ginger, garlic, homemade honey with rose water. Tea made with green basil tea, cinnamon, black pepper and honey is beneficial. Applying hot sesame oil to ears and nose also benefits. Avoid cold water bath and keep the body warm. This treatment helps in reducing cold problems such as nausea, sneezing, sore throat, cough and mild fever. Medicines in Tibb Greek usually work on the root causes of the disease with balance of defects (improvement of mood). During winter cold, it is advised to take light, good and nutritious foods, such as porridge, hot spices, and honey drinks.

Method of making jushanda:
Gaozban (Onosma), Malathi (Liquorice), Unnab (Jujube/Ber), (Viola odorata/Banfasha), Sapistan (Cordia myxa/Lasora), Tulsi/Tukm Khatmai (Marshmallow seed), Tukm Khubbaji (Malva seed).
Making Process: Wash all the ingredients thoroughly and cut into small pieces. Take about 500ml of water in a escape. Put all herbs of the above. Soak them in water all night (if time). Boil this mixture on slow fire in the morning until the water remains one-third. Pour in a cup and can mix honey to taste. Drink it slowly like tea. Usage and benefit consumption helps relieve cold, cold, cough, sore throat, and chest stiffness. This can be consumed 1-2 times a day. Always make attentionable conversation with fresh herbs and consume it immediately. Use steel, glass or porcelain. This Greek home recipe is considered effective and safe in early cold-cold symptoms.
