ডেলিভারিঃ
ঢাকার ভেতরে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি ৮০৳ এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ১৫০৳।

ডেলিভারি সময়সীমাঃ
ঢাকার ভেতরে ২-৩ দিন এবং ঢাকার বাইরে হলে ৩-৫ কর্ম দিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি কর

ে দেওয়া হবে। কুরিয়ার এজেন্ট ডেলিভারির আগে অবশ্যই ফোন দিয়ে যাবে। ডেলিভারি এজেন্ট ক্লায়েন্টকে ২-৩দিন ফোন দিয়ে যদি ফোন বন্ধ পায় কিংবা রিসিভ না করা হয় তাহলে সেই অর্ডার বাতিল করে দেওয়া হবে।

রিটার্ন পলিসিঃ
সাজকন্যা থেকে আপনি যদি ত্রুটিপূর্ণ অথবা ভুল কোনো প্রোডাক্ট পেয়ে থাকেন, অবশ্যই সেটা আপনি রিটার্ন করতে পারবেন।

ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার সাথে সাথে অবশ্যই ডেলিভারী ম্যান এর সামনে পণ্য চেক করে নিতে হবে। এর পর কোন ক্লেইম গ্রহন করা হবে না ।
