🌸💜Gratitude & Feedback of a Mother💜🌸

Sometimes I feel really grateful for the people who trusted me during such important phases of their life.

Shahnaz’s journey is one of those stories I will always remember. Starting from a high-risk pregnancy with so many concernsâ€Ļ and slowly, step by step, things began to improve.

She stayed consistent, stayed strong, and trusted the process. We worked together with simple yoga, breathing, and a lot of mental support.

And todayâ€Ļ she has a healthy baby girl.

Honestly, moments like this remind me why I started Yoga Bliss. It’s not just about physical activity—it’s about support, care, and feeling safe in your own body.

Honored to participate in the 26th INCOFYRA (International Conference on Frontiers in Yoga Research and its Applications) on the theme “Yoga as Rehabilitation Medicine – Plasticity, Performance & Resilience,” organized by S-VYASA Deemed-to-be University, Bengaluru.

I presented my paper titled “Knowledge, Attitudes, and Challenges Regarding Antenatal Yoga Among Nurses in Bangladesh: A Cross-Sectional Study,” highlighting key gaps in awareness and practice of antenatal yoga among nurses in Bangladesh.

Grateful for the opportunity to share maternal health–focused yoga research on an international platform.

Hatha Yoga Kriyā: Inner Cleansing

In Hatha Yoga, kriyās prepare the body and mind for deeper practice.

Three important ones are:

Sutra Neti – A soft rubber catheter is passed through the nose to clear deeper nasal passages and improve breathing.

Kala Neti – A variation of Jala Neti with specific head movements to cleanse the sinuses, reduce heaviness and clear the mind.

LSP (Laghu Śankha PrakášŖÄlana) – A gentle yogic intestinal wash using warm salted water and specific movements for gut cleansing and a feeling of lightness.

Learn and practise them only with a trained teacher, and only if they are suitable for you.
