গ্যাস্ট্রিকের সমস্যার সহজ সমাধান:
অনেক খাবার একসাথে না খেয়ে সারাদিন ভাগ ভাগ করে অল্প অল্প খাওয়ার অভ্যাস
করতে হবে
প্রতিদিন সময়মত খাবার খাওয়ার অভ্যাস গড়ে তুলতে হবে
রাতের খাবার আগে খেয়ে ফেলাতে হবে । ঘুমাতে যাওয়ার অন্তত চার ঘন্টা আগে
ঘুমানোর সময় মাথা ও বুক ১০-২০ সে.মি উপরে বাখবেন কোমড়ের থেকে
অতিরিক্ত ওজন নিয়ন্ত্রনে আনতে হবে
ধুমপান বন্ধ করতে হবে
