Dear customers,
We are apologizing for not being able to uphold our reputation for fast and reliable delivery for the November β21 lot.
Due to internal mismanagement and error on FedExβs end, our products from all over US reached our warehouse at the second week of December instead of November. Due to this late arrival and Christmas holidays, Cargo Company failed to send our product from their warehouse to airlines warehouse in scheduled time.
Finally when everything started to look stable, whole world was hit by Omicron, and flights started to be cancelled continuously. The cargo company had to reschedule the flight thrice and selected a flight for early January. Our products are currently now at Airlines warehouse, waiting to be scheduled according to airlinesβ priority.
We are extremely concerned about our customer experience and satisfaction. Keeping that in mind, we thought it would be best to clear our standpoint.
