SPF 30 vs SPF 50 – কোনটা ভালো? অনেকেই মনে করেন SPF 50 অনেক বেশি protection দেয়, কিন্তু আসলে SPF 30 দেয় 97% সুরক্ষা আর SPF 50 দেয় 98% সুরক্ষা।
সবচেয়ে বড় ভুল হলো আমরা সঠিক পরিমাণ Sunscreen ব্যবহার করি না এবং ৩ ঘন্টা পর পর reapply করি না।
Healthy skin রাখতে হলে সঠিক নিয়মে sunscreen ব্যবহার করতেই হবে 🌿
