We’re hiring a Senior Data Operations Analyst to join our RCM Global Operations team.

If you have a sharp analytical mind, strong SQL skills, and the ability to turn complex data into a clear story, this could be your next opportunity.

You’ll work with large datasets, ensure process and data accuracy, develop clear documentation, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Account Management to solve high-impact challenges in healthcare technology.

What we’re looking for:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in engineering, data analysis, or a related technical role
- Proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
