Philip Kotler has beautifully defined marketing in some of his recent presentations; he told marketing is actually "CCDVTP"

That means "Creating, Communicating and Delivering Value to Target customers at a Profit!"
Here he told - Creating value is called 'Product Management.'
Communicating value is called 'Brand Management.'
and Deliver value is called 'Customer Management.'

How can you make yourself acceptable as a leader?

Your acceptability as a leader depends on ‘how are you managing yourself? It means, what do you do or to what extent you are capable of handling your team members' issues.

Your values, belief, experience, knowledge, skills, behavior that means as a whole your 'attitude' will influence other persons to accept you as a leader.

In another word, Showing positive attitude and setting good example is the way of ensuring acceptability as a leader.
